Prithvi Shaw controversy: Prithvi Shaw is a Indian cricketer who slips in controversy few days back over a selfie issue but it has now taken another turn as Sapna Gill a Youtube inflencer has filed fresh complaint against him for outraging modesty.
Youtube influencer Sapna Gill has made a new complaint against Prithvi Shaw who is a Indian international cricketer from Mumbai after being released on bail from district magistrate. Sapna was one of the accused from all 7 who got charged in this case and she had been produced in the court, though the offence was bailable so judge granted her bail, and she filed new case after releasing from jail against Prithvi Shaw who refused to take a selfie last week in restaurant where he was having a party.
As told by ANI: 2 Youths named Rudra and Sahil taken into custody by Mumbai police. Total 3 arrests so far and 5 accused absconding. Arrested accused to be present in court today: Mumbai Police.
Sapna Gill allegations on Prithvi Shaw
The case has been registered by Youtube influencer under the section 34 (criminal act with common intention), 120B( criminal conspiracy), 146 (rioting), 148 (rioting with armed weapons), 149 (unlawful assembly offence committed in prosecution), 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), 324 (voluntarily causing hurt by weapons), 351( use of criminal force), 354 (outrage of modesty) and 509 ( advantage of proximity, gesture to outrage modesty) of the Indian Penal Code.
What was the case ?
Prithvi Shaw got into heated argument with youtube influencer Sapna Gill and her friend shobit when Prithvi refused to take selfies, so police came and took Sapna into the custody and appeared her in the court where she accepts that Prithvi was the one who hit her first.
After the incident Sapna has been arrested and case has been registered again shobit and all 7 accused of rioting and extortion. By starting investigation Oshiwara Police has said that a case has been registered on Sapna and 7 others under the Indian Penal Code sections 143 (unlawful assembly), 148( rioting), 384(extortion), 506( criminal intimidation) and other offences.
What happened after he refused for selfie?
When Prithvi came out of the restaurant and went towards hs car, then the accused and her friends rush towards his car and started argument with him. After that these people pushed Shaw and breaks his car’s window in attack. When the matter rised and too many people gathered then the accused and her friends has asked for Rs 50000 for settlement of the case.
Who is accused?
Sapna Gill is a youtube influencer with 2 lakh followers on instagram. She is basically from Chandigarh and has did some acting in Bhojpuri films with Ravi kishan and dinesh lal yadav.
